Note that in these first photos, the cabinet is sitting up-side-down. This was simply to make the installation of the MOTM-960 PCBs easier. Before starting the wiring, the power supply was mounted securely in the bottom. This is the left side wiring.
This shows the wiring on the right side. Notice the terminal block on the side. I mounted the 960 PCBs on the top to reduce the clutter of the cables that run from the PCB to the individual modules.
Here is a close up that shows the terminal block. Notice that I have used the block to also branch off with another DC cable. This one will feed the connector on the back. This terminal block is larger than the cabinet without power supply as I will be using part of it for AC connection.
The DC wiring is complete in this photo except for the panel on the back for my power connector. The power supply has 2 connections for each output which was nice. All wiring is utility grade # 12 wire.

I have turned things right-side-up now that I have finished the DC wiring. You can see I have positioned the power supply to be attached on the bottom and one side. Notice how neat everything is with PCBs on the top.
Here is a look at my terminal after I added the AC. It looks a bit messy. But, I have wiring from the AC, to and from the front panel switch, to the power supply and a temporary fuse until I install my rear panel with fuse.
Here is the finished job (with temporary AC connection) waiting for the power cables to the modules.
See how handy the PCBs are? Power cables will drape down to the modules instead of cluttering up the bottom.

Here you see the power cables installed to the modules.
I tossed the middle cabinet on top and this is starting to look very synth like. Once I add the metal panel to the back, you can see how handy the interconnection of the power cables & magic buss cables will be.
Here is the completed job from the front. I have not even considered module placement. They are just in there for now. But, you can be sure I have a plan. J
Pop on the backs.
Here is another photo I took before I actually wired the cabinet. Even though some magic busses are not complete, you can see how they are going to integrate all the multiples I need right into the cabinets.
